Tuition Reimbursement
To support our philosophy of continuous learning, we strongly
encourage our employees to further their education in a way that will
benefit them and the company. In order to relieve the financial burden,
we provide a comprehensive Tuition Reimbursement Program for academic
study and professional certification.
All regular, full-time employees are eligible to participate
in the plan. To qualify for a refund under the plan, Vulcan employees
must:

Be employed by Vulcan for six months before making
application;
|
|
|
Select a course directly related to their present
job;
|
|
|
Gain advance approval from their manager and human
resources; and
|
|
|
Satisfactorily complete the approved course.
